Aetna Bearing Company series production products are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Parts leaving our facility are rust-free. Rust on untreated products is not covered by this warranty. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing within one year from date of shipment, the Aetna manufactured product that proves to be defective. Replacement of such item will be made with out charge, f.o.b. Livonia MI. The defective item is to be delivered to us for inspection, with transportation charges prepaid, and accompanied by information as to length of service and application. This warranty assumes no responsibility for other than replacement of a part found to be defective.
Seller will under no circumstances be liable to the buyer or any other person for labor charges, or for all separate, special, indirect or consequential damage of any kind arising out of, in connection with, or by reason of the sale of any products. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made in connection with the sale of products except as stated in this writing and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof. This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, guarantees, obligation of liabilities whatsoever.
